How to get there
The drive from Almaty International Airport to the hotel takes approximately 20–25 minutes, and from the train station, it's about 10 minutes. To avoid looking for a taxi upon arrival, book a hotel transfer: we'll meet you at the airport or train station in a comfortable car. The transfer price for groups of up to 3 people is fixed; for larger groups, please contact the receptionist for details. Please provide your flight details or train number in advance so we can have the car ready for you.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible subject to availability and are subject to payment according to the hotel rules:
